ATTENTION BLACK LIVES MATTER MOVEMENT --
in the beginning I supported your cause UNTIL you encouraged crime and murder against an entire group (Cops) for the actions of a few (actual racist cops). Now that entire group, all cops, both good and bad are on the nervous edge and worried that they may be killed simply for going to work.
That store did nothing to you, yet you broke their windows took their merchandise, and caused $$$$ in damages .... They were innocent.
All those cars you threw things at and prevented from getting to work/home / etc when you blocked the freeway, those drivers no longer have sympathy for your cause - yet they are the ones you are demanding to stand up behind you for support.
All you have succeeded in doing is making it MORE dangerous for the smart ass with a broken tail-light who happens to be in a neighborhood of a higher economic level than his vehicle suggests. I will continue to support and feel sympathy for the victims on BOTH sides of this issue, but I will have no sympathy or support for the Movement itself that promotes CRIME and MURDER while hiding behind the false mask of Innocent protest.
2 Wrongs don’t make a right, and committing crimes in the name of a cause just confirms you as the criminals you are claiming not to be.

I see a guy getting pulled over for a broken tail-light in a neighborhood his car suggests he couldn’t afford even in his dreams …
They see a black teen getting harassed by police…
I see My boss putting me on notice because I’m late for work …
The movement sees a successful protest on the bridge …
I see rows of stores vandalized and $$$ in damages, raising their prices to pay for repairs, now my money buys even less.
They see the sign they made on the news….
I see cops getting shot for doing their jobs…
the movement sees “pigs getting justice”…
Racism isn’t stopped by feeding it.

In a low income neighborhood, Convenience store gets robbed, and clerk is shot. Witness living across street says “ i don’t talk to cops” and slams door in the officer’s face when he’s looking for help solving the crime.
Same store has another incident and bullet flies through her window killing her child. Screaming and crying she yells at that same officer —> “why won’t you find and arrest shooter?”
If I were that cop…”Well ma’am, if you had told us who shot the clerk, maybe he would have been in Jail and wouldn’t have been able to come back and shoot your child."

applicant called to make an interview appointment for a job. A date and time was set. He didn't show.
I agreed to set a new appointment. He called and said he couldn't make it.
When he showed up in person requesting a 3rd appointment with his pants below his behind with his underwear hanging out, his hat on sideways, and wearing a t-Shirt showing the image of a fist giving the bird..... I declined.
I am now being sued because he feels I declined based on his appearance ..... My lawyer says he'll win because he's black.

Harvard is being sued for descrimination becasue the student body is not ethnically diverse enough.
19% of applicants are black
More than half of Black students accepted do not sign up for classes.
25% of student body is black

Just to put a few things together that have never added up for me. I hear "we are being held down and descriminated against because of the color of our skin", yet I have difficulty seeing the evidence in the same manner that others do.
Scholarships that signify the recipient must be black outnumber those that are offered to any race. Scholarships that signify the recipient must be from an impoverished neighborhood outnumber those that do not declare the Source of the candidate. Many of these scholarships go unclaimed due to lack of applicants.
ALL public colleges offer reduced tuition if you can prove the parents as low-income, or already on Govt. assistance.
Quotas and "affirmative action" policies have made it necessary for many business to hire the african-american applicant even when there is a more qualified applicant available.
I hear that your schools are bad - and that you can't get a good education there, yet when I look at your school I see it's students abusing the campus and scaring away any teacher who tries to make it better, and black gangs who harass and beat up students who are simply trying to learn and rise up out of the neighborhood.
No-One is "holding you back" but yourselves - you have no-one to blame but yourselves. I know you can get up and out of your home, you proved that with the last riot in the streets, but maybe you should be home doing your homework so that the kid down the street doesn't earn that scholarship instead of you.
At two different schools a 2nd grader was asked what is important about Martin Luther King ... At the impoverished school the child said "he was black" at the economically stable school "he was shot for his belief that EVERYONE should be treated the same."
I hear all the yelling that I shouldn't treat someone different simply because of the color of skin... and yet that is exactly what is being done to those who do not have the benefits of excess melatonin when they fill out an application for employment or higher education.
You were never a slave. Your parents were never slaves. Your grandparents generation marched in the streets to protest being treated differently because they had too much melatonin, now you are killing us because we don't have enough ....
I didn't ignore you because you were black, I ignored you because you can't speak proper english, you won't pull your pants up, and you continually disobey the rules shown clearly on the signs posted all around you.

You don't have as many opportunities Because you're black? Really? I grew up in the same neighborhood and don't seem to have as many problems... Maybe because I wore slacks and a dress shirt instead of torn jeans and a rock T-shirt to my job interview. What's that you say- you didn't get an interview? Maybe it was because I went to class instead of selling drugs in the park the day they taught how to spell and fill out an application. Neat Free Flatscreen, I was on the free computer in the library doing my homework during the "protest" and had to pay for mine.
Maybe it's time to pull your pants up, pay attention in grammar classes, stop ditching school and make an attempt instead of blaming it on "the System"
In 1976 A woman, divorced with kids 5 & 8, couldn't get a mortgage loan. One bank manager actually told her to stop whining and go back to your husband (couldn't as he had just married his mistress). My mother, my sister and I had to live in some really crappy places for a while. She worked hard and climbed out of that financial hole despite the system. Despite that there were exponentially less programs to help those in need back then, My mother climbed out, Oprah Winfrey climbed out, Chris Gardener (The pursuit of Happiness) did it.... It can be done, so stop whining and give it a try!

I will not show respect to those who cannot speak words in an educated manner the correct pronunciation is "ask not Axe " " Because not decuz ". It isn't your culture that makes you speak that way, it is your lack of interest in speaking properly. Even the worst schools in this country have teachers who would have tried to teach you how to say it.
When I see a group of school aged individuals "hangin" by a pay phone (yes i said pay phone) in the middle of a school day I will treat them like hoodlums.
When i'm travelling in an area with more graffiti than there are displays in the smithsonian, I'm going to roll up and lock my car windows.
And when i see a velour track suit pausing to check out my neighbors' houses in 96 degree weather I'm gonna take a picture, and save it.
If you think this makes me a racist, then you Might be black. These people offend me by their actions, not their skin color.
