Rather than have a single player be the janitor - we ask that everyone help keep the server from lagging. Here's a list of common items found 'lyin around' and where to put them : <most copied from wiki>
Metal Debri : whether you dis-assemble to make a new sword, or find a blade on the ground (or in a chest int he mines) - used up tools and other unwanted/ un-usable metal items should be left next to the recycler (at the blacksmith) Your blacksmith will melt these in batches based on the material involved for highest return yield.
Sticks - usually found in either the wooded Valley or the dust Bowl whenever a player chops down a tree and only takes the wood, as well as just randomly strewn around town.
Apple Cores - Apple cores can be found wherever someone eats and drops an apple.* Create and leave torches in the stantions around town, (in buildings, on platforms & in the mines)* Leave in community storage globes or in the rack by the carpenter for others to take/use.
Bones - often thrown to the ground after eating a spriggul drumstick.* Burn them to ash* beat them with a weapon till they disintegrate* Plant them
* Eat them (takes a while but works)* Break them up to use as weapon decoration
These next items are more plentiful than there are uses for them, until that changes please leave them in one of the treasure chests so that the game will re-absorb them :
Stones - found buried in the ground in many over-world locations, as well as in the mines after either mining or defeating a turbada.
Feathers - feathers are dropped from a defeated Spriggull
